After approval, residents complete their lease, required payments, renters insurance, and Delmarva Power setup before move-in. Keys are provided once all required documents and move-in requirements are complete.

Residents are responsible for electricity through Delmarva Power and a flat-rate charge for water, sewer, and trash. Comcast/Xfinity provides internet and cable service to the community.
